Global payroll that keeps every salary private.

Fund a treasury in USDC, approve the run the agent prepares, and every contractor is paid in seconds. The amounts stay yours.

The productDisburs.

Your payroll is a public diary.

On a public ledger, anyone can read what each person earns. Disburs is private by default and auditable when required: the network verifies every payment without seeing the amount, and an auditor sees the figures only when you hand them a view key.

Verified by proof: right recipient, within budget. The amount never leaves your records unless you share a view key.

Payroll, without the payroll work.

Private payroll for global teams, run by an agent inside the limits you set — settled in USDC on Stellar.

Payroll, prepared for you.

The agent reads the contracts, applies rate changes, picks the FX window and clears the routine exceptions. It proposes; it never holds the keys. Every decision is written down in plain English, and nothing moves until you approve it.

The Disburs agent reading contracts and preparing a payroll run

Why teams switch to Disburs.

  • Payments settle on Stellar in about four seconds, instead of the three to five business days a bank wire takes. Your contractors know exactly when payday is.

  • 0.5% per payroll run plus Stellar's network fee, which is under a cent per payment. No FX spread hidden in the rate, no per-payment surcharge.

  • Amounts are verified by proof, never written to the public ledger. Employees, competitors and anyone with the address stop seeing what each person earns. When an auditor asks, you share a view key and they see exactly what they need, and nothing else.

  • Every line is matched to its on-chain reference the moment it settles. Nothing to chase after payday, nothing to reconstruct at audit time.

  • Contracts read, rates applied, exceptions cleared, every decision logged in plain English. Your only job on payday is a single approval.

Stable value
USDC is a fully reserved dollar stablecoin issued by Circle. What you send is what arrives, with no rate surprise between approval and settlement.
Four-second finality
Stellar confirms payments in seconds and charges a fraction of a cent. Batch payouts to every contractor land at once.
Withdraw anywhere
Contractors in Kenya, Ghana and South Africa convert USDC to shillings, cedis or rand through Stellar anchor partners, with more countries on the way. Nothing to install, no crypto to understand.
Verifiable settlement
Every payment has an on-chain reference that can be independently checked, while the amount itself stays private.

Two sides of every payment.

For companies

  • One treasury, funded in USDC
  • Runs drafted from your contracts
  • Salaries private, every line reconciled
  • Spending caps and approval gates you set

For contractors

  • Nothing to install, no crypto to understand
  • Receive USDC, withdraw to any wallet or exchange
  • What you earn stays between you and your employer
  • A clean record of every payment

Three steps to payday.

From a funded treasury to settled salaries, with one human decision in the middle.

  1. 01

    Fund your treasury

Top up once in USDC. One balance covers every contractor, in every country.

  2. 02

    The agent proposes the run

Contracts read, rates applied, exceptions cleared. Policy checks and a zero-knowledge proof validate every line before it reaches you.

  3. 03

    You authorize. We settle.

Nothing moves without your approval. Then every contractor is paid in about four seconds, every salary kept private.

Built for the responsibility of payroll.

Disburs is custodial so your team never touches a key or a gas fee. That makes custody our responsibility — here is how we carry it.

Separation of duties
The agent proposes. A policy engine validates. Zero-knowledge proofs verify. You authorize. Only then does payment infrastructure execute. The agent never holds keys or a balance.
Key custody
Keys are envelope-encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and only ever used to sign your own payments. A leaked database alone can't move money.
Approval gates
You write the rules and the agent operates inside them. Runs above your threshold wait for a sign-off. A new wallet waits for contractor verification. A raise over 20% waits for a human.
Spending limits
Policy limits the agent can never propose past, on any run, in any currency.
Privacy
Private by default, auditable when required. Zero-knowledge proofs keep every amount off the public chain while proving each payment valid. A view key discloses your history to an auditor, and to no one else.
Encryption
Contracts and payroll data are encrypted in transit and at rest.
Audit trail
Every agent decision is logged in plain English, with the on-chain reference beside it.
Verifiable settlement
Every payment settles on Stellar and can be independently checked.
Revocation
Pause the agent in a single action. Nothing in flight can settle without you.
